Hey, I'm Diane
’m a Salesforce Experience Architect, designer, professor, entrepreneur, and career pivoter.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked as a graphic designer, illustrator, web designer, recruiter, creative business owner, and now in the Salesforce ecosystem helping organizations build better experiences and digital products.
Like many people, my career hasn’t been a straight line.
I’ve experienced layoffs, career changes, freelancing, uncertainty, and starting over more than once.
In 2024, after earning my Salesforce certification, I successfully pivoted into my first Salesforce role and eventually became a Salesforce Experience Architect.
Today, I help others explore Salesforce careers, identify their transferable skills, and create a path toward new opportunities.
